Kurssi koostuu neljästä peräkkäisestä viikkoharjoituksesta, joissa tutustumme astangajoogan alkeisharjoittelun perusteisiin yksityiskohtaisesti. Daily yoga for kids 3-6 yrs, classes primarily in Finnish. Retreat is family friendly, so besides of yoga we have a space for children to draw and to play outdoors, and a small sauna beach to swim and play. Kitchen provides non-spicy meals for kids.
